دور نظام الحوافز في تحسين إنتاجية العاملين في المؤسسات الجزائرية دراسة حالة مؤسسة مطاحن الواحات Agrodiv–تقرت

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسةالى ابراز دور نظام الحوافز في تحسين إنتاجية العاملين في المؤسسة، ومن اجل معرفة أهـمية دور هذه الحــــوافز على إنتاجية العامل،قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من عمال مؤسسة مطاحن الواحات "اقروديف" تقرت، حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك من اجل الإجابة على الإشكالية الرئيسية، والتأكد من مدى صحة الفرضيات، قمنا بإعداد استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة عددها 75 عامل من مختلف المستويات المهنية في المؤسسة، ثم قمنا بإفراغها ومعالجتها بالبرنامج الإحصائي SPSSمن اجل تحليلها ومناقشة نتائجها ومن ابرز النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة ان نظام الحوافز يساهم في تحسين إنتاجية العاملين

.this study aimed to highlight the role of the incentive system in improving the productivity of employees in the institution, and considering that incentives have a significant, effective and vital role in influencing the behavior of individuals within the organization, and in order to know the importance of the role of these incentives on the productivity of the worker, we conducted a field study on a sample of workers at the mills foundation (Agrodiv) Touggourt, where we relied in this study on the analytical descriptive approach in order to answer the main problem, and to ascertain the validity of the hypotheses we prepared A questionnaire distributed to a sample of 75 workers from different professional levels in the institution, and then emptied into SPSS the statistical program in order to analyze them and discuss their results, and one of the most prominent findings of this study is that the incentive system contributes in improving the productivity of workers.
