دور سلوكيات العمل الجماعي في تعزيز الأداء الإبداعي دراسة حالة المديرية الجهوية لمؤسسة موبيليس بورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة لتعرف على سلوكيات العمل الجماعي من تنسيق،تعاون ومشاركة للمعلومات وأثرها على الأداء الإبداعي للموظفين في المديرية الجهوية لمؤسسة موبليس – ورقلة ، حيث تم استخدام منهج الاستقراء و الاستنباط لدراسة الموضوع ، كما تم الاعتماد على دراسة الحالة من خلال إعداد وتوزيع استبانة على (52) فردا ومعالجتها الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج spss نسخة 19. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من سلوكيات العمل الجماعي والأداء الإبداعي من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة ، كما توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة بين سلوكيات العمل الجماعي كمتغيرات مستقلة والأداء الإبداعي كمتغير تابع ، كما لا توجد فروق بين إجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق (الجنس, العمر,الخبرة،...).

The study aimed to identify the behaviors of teamwork in terms of coordination, cooperation and sharing of information and their impact on the creative performance of employees in the regional directorate of the Moubles Foundation - Ouargla, where the method of induction and deduction was used to study the subject, and the case study was also relied on by preparing and distributing a questionnaire to (52 ) individuals and statistically processed by spss program version 19. The study concluded that there is a high level of teamwork behaviors and creative performance from the point of view of the study sample members, and there is a moderate direct correlation between teamwork behaviors as independent variables and creative performance as a dependent variable, and there are no differences between the respondents’ answers with regard to (gender, age, Experience,...).
