Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر رأس المال النفسي على سلوك العمل الاستباقي، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك تم اعتمادأبعاد رأس المال النفسي (الفعالية الذاتية، التفاؤل، الأمل والمرونة). وقد تبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت أداةالإستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (65) طبيب في المؤسسة الإستشفائيةتقرت، فكانت نتائج الدراسة مبينة في وجود مستوى عال لمفهومي رأس المال النفسي الإيجابي و سلوك العمل الاستباقي لدى الأطباء؛ووجود أثر إيجابي لأبعاد رأس المال النفسي الايجابي على سلوك العمل الاستباقي للأطباء بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية سليمان عميراتتقرت؛وكذلكوجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية قوية بُين رأس المال النفسي الايجابي كمتغَير مستقل وسلوك العمل الاستباقي كمتغَير تابع.

This studyaims to analyze the impact of psychological capital on proactive workbehaviour, and in order to achievethis, the dimensions of psychological capital (self-efficacy, optimism, hope and flexibility) wereadopted. The studyadopted the descriptive analyticalapproach, and used the questionnaire tool as a basic tool for data collection. The studysampleconsisted of (65) doctors in the hospital institution Toqert, and the results of the studywere as follows The presence of a high level of the concepts of psychological capital and proactive workamongdoctors. The presence of a positive impact of the dimensions of positive psychological capital on the proactive workbehavior of physicians in the SuleimanOmairat Touggourt Hospital. There is a strong direct correlationbetween positive psychological capital as an independent variable and proactive workbehavior as a dependent variable.
