اثر الصراع التنظيمي على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية مستشفى سليمان عميرات –تقرت

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة اثر الصراع التنظيمي على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سليمان عميرات بتقرت،وفي سبيل ذلك تم إعداد وتوزيع استبيان على عينة من العاملين تم استرجاع 40 استمارة صالحة للمعالجة الإحصائية عن طريق معالج الجداول اكسل وبرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS نسخة 19. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود مستوى مرتفع لكل من الصراع التنظيمي وأداء العاملين في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سليمان عميرات بتقرت،مع وجود علاقة عكسية ضعيفة بينهما بلغت 22 %،وأكثر الأبعاد تأثيرا على أداء العاملين كان الصراع مع الإدارة، كما انه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول أداء العاملين ما عدا للمستوى التعليمي فقط.

The study aimed to find out the impact of organizational conflict on the performance of workers in the public hospital institution, Suleiman Amirat-Tigrat, and for this purpose, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to a sample of workers. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a high level of both organizational conflict and the performance of workers in the public hospital institution, Suleiman Omairat, Tikrit, with a weak inverse relationship between them amounting to 22%, and the most influential dimensions on the performance of workers were the conflict with the administration, and there are no statistically significant differences for the answers of the study sample members On the performance of employees, except for the educational level only.
