Abstract: The Algerian higher education systems have found themselves in a structural crisis in light of the Corona pandemic, so they are racing against time to remedy the scientific gap created by the technical gap at all levels. This obligated decision makers in the higher education sector in the Arab world to develop new standards in performance, including the legal framework that was included in the training process, which necessitates respect for new precautionary measures, including educational and training, which gave the standards of education, training and supervision (distance) new standards and approaches. In this paper, we will try to identify the issue of mechanisms for the development of higher education systems in the Algeria in light of the Corona pandemic, and the extent of their preparations for the post-pandemic? What are its preparations for entering the digital world
