Abstract

تناولت الدراسة تأثير إدارة المعرفة على الأداء المالي في البنوك التجارية وذلك بالتطبيق على عينة من البنوك التجارية العاملة في الجزائر، وقد اشتملت الدراسة على المتغير المستقل إدارة المعرفة متمثلا في عملياته (تشخيص وتوليد المعرفة، توزيع المعرفة، تخزين المعرفة وتطبيق المعرفة)، ومتغير تابع تمثل في الأداء المالي. حيث استخدمنا أداة الاستبيان للوصول إلى هدف الدراسة. توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - لا يؤثر تشخيص وتوليد المعرفة تأثيرا معنويا على الأداء المالي للبنوك التجارية عينة الدراسة. - لا يؤثر توزيع المعرفة تأثيرا معنويا على الأداء المالي للبنوك التجارية عينة الدراسة. - لا يؤثر تخزين المعرفة تأثيرا معنويا على الأداء المالي للبنوك التجارية عينة الدراسة. - لا يؤثر تطبيق المعرفة تأثيرا معنويا على الأداء المالي للبنوك التجارية عينة الدراسة

The study examined the impact of management of knowledge on financial performance in commercial banks by applying it in on a sample of Algerian commercial banks. This study comprises the independent variable to manage knowledge in terms of its Diagnosis and generation , its distribution , its storage and the application of it as well as including a dependent variable related to the financial performance: - A questionnaire was implemented in order to reach the study's aims. The findings revealed that. - The diagnosis and the distribution of knowledge don't have a moral impact on the financial performance of the commercial banks. - The distribution and the storage of knowledge doesn't affect the financial performance of the commercial banks. - The application of knowledge does not influence the financial performance of the commercial banks
