Abstract: In this work, we prepared and inspected multi-layered thin membranes of silver-eaten zinc oxide and tin oxide in a thermolytic spraying method on glass substrates of 450 ° C, where we used several methods to analyze and study the characteristics of samples, including:XRF, FTIR, MEB, UV-visible, where FTIR results confirmed the existence of retrospective power absorption packages for Sn-O-Sn and Zn-O linkages as they were found to vibrate in a small wavelength range (700cm-1) and to be attributable to functional links of the deposited elements. Through visual inspection of the prepared thin layers that gave us several information such as permeability, absorption and energy separation values of the samples we noticed that all the samples transparent had a permeability above 50%, and we also recorded energy gap values ranging from (3.35-3.45 eV) The MEB images also showed that the samples had surface coarseness that helped the photostimulation process as the degradation rate increased from 74% in ZnO to 100% for the sample Ag -ZnO/SnO2
