تحـــــولات الـمـــــدينة الصحـــــــراوية وإشـــكـالـــيـات الانـدمــــاج الاجــــتمــاعـــــي والحـــــضـــري دراســـة ميدانيـــة بـمــدينة ورقـــــلة

Abstract

تعد هذه الدراسة كخطوة انطلاق متواضعة نسعى من خلالها لإعداد مشروع بحثي يحمل من الطموح قصد تأسيس حقل أو فرع للدراسات في علم الاجتماع خاص بالاندماج الاجتماعي والحضري بالمدن الصحراوية المتحولة عمرانيا واجتماعيا في واحات الصحراء الجزائرية وهذه التحولات تعد في طور الحدوث، كما يعتبر ميدان غني وخصب لما له من خصوصيات سوسيو مجالية، والبحث في حيثيات موضوع المدينة وتحولاتها الاجتماعية والحضرية يحتاج لدراسة معمقة لتناول الجوانب العديدة ذات الصلة الوثيقة بالمحاور الأساسية لتشكل وإعادة تشكل أنساق البناء الاجتماعي الحضري للمجتمعات المحلية، ونظر لقلة الدراسات العلمية بصفة عامة والبحوث الاجتماعية بصفة خاصة التي تهتم بدراسة المجتمع المحلي في مدن الصحراء الجزائرية وما يحتويه من جماعات اجتماعية تربطها أنساق وبنى اجتماعية لها علاقة بالتحولات الحديثة للمجالات العمرانية والحضرية جعلته يتجه إلى اللاتجانس. وتعد هذه الدراسة من البحوث ذات الاهتمام المشترك بين عدة تخصصات وحقول علمية (الانتربولوجيا والجغرافيا والاقتصاد والهندسة والتعمير وغيرها...)، التي تهتم بما هو كائن في الايكولوجية الاجتماعية. ولكي نستطيع فهم ظاهرة التحولات العمرانية والمجالية كان لازما علينا تعميق البحث في الموضوع وإبراز الكيفية التي يتم فيها الاندماج الاجتماعي والحضري من خلال الولوج لدراسة حيثيات جوانب الحياة اليومية في مدن الصحراء. وورقلة هي المدينة الصحراوية التي أضحت قائمة بذاتها بعد إثبات وجودها حضاريا وتاريخيا وسياسيا واقتصاديا وثقافيا، هذا ما جعلها تمتلك هوية اجتماعية وأخرى عمرانية خاصة بها لما تحتوي عليه من فضاءات عمرانية متعددة الوظائف والخدمات أضحت اليوم متأثرة برياح العولمة والحداثة ونمط الحياة الحضرية المعاصرة الذي يعتبر من الأمور المهمة التي لا يمكن لقاطنيها التخلي عنها. وأضح لهذا المجتمع في هذه المدن مكوناته الأساسية كالانتشار الرهيب للأسر النووية مثلا التي تعتبر بمثابة الوحدة الأساسية لبناء المجتمع، في المقابل نجد كذلك المساكن الحضرية التي تعد كوحدة أساسية في مكونات المدينة، وتعتبر هذه الأخيرة بمثابة الفضاء المثالي الذي يسمح للجماعات الاجتماعية بممارسة وظائفهم وأدوارهم اليومية وفق ما يتوافق ويتكامل مع العملية الاندماجية المرتبطة بالمجال الاجتماعي والحضري المستحدث. إدا تكلمنا عن العمران الصحراوي لوجدنا انه مر بتحولات باتت تظهر للعيان ومن خلال الوصف نجد أن التوسع العمراني اجبر المدينة القديمة بالخروج من أسوارها التقليدية وأزقتها الضيقة وصولاً إلى إدخال أساليب جديدة ومستحدثة لمتطلبات المجال السكني تحث طائلة هذه التحولات طرحنا على التساؤل المحوري للبحث قصد تحليل وتفسير هذه التحولات الحاصلة في المدينة الصحراوية المرتبطة بمؤشرات التحضر والحضرية ووصف مظاهر وأبعاد الاندماج الاجتماعي والحضري للجماعات الاجتماعية مع هذا الواقع المعيشي الحضرية بالمدينة الصحراوية الجزائرية.

This study is considered as a modest starting step through which we seek to prepare a research project with ambition in order to establish a field or branch of studies in sociology of social and urban integration in the urban and socially transformed desert cities in the oases of the Algerian desert, and these transformations are in the process of happening, It is also considered a rich and fertile field because of its socio-spherical peculiarities. The research on the merits of the subject of the city and its social and urban transformations needs an in-depth study to address the many aspects that we closely related to the basic axes of the formation and re-formation of the urban social construction patterns of local communities. Due to the lack of scientific studies in general and social research in particular which is concerned with the study of the local community in the cities of the Algerian desert and the contain of social groups linked by social patterns and structures related to the modern transformations of urban and urban areas, made it turn to heterogeneity. This study is a research of common interest between several disciplines and scientific fields (anthropology, geography, economics, engineering, construction, etc...), Which is concerned with what is in the social eco. In order to understand the phenomenon of urban and spatial transformations, we had to deepen the research on the subject and highlight how social and urban integration carrier out by accessing the study of the aspects of daily life in desert cities. Ouargla is a desert city that has become self-contained after proving its existence civilized, historically, politically, economically and culturally. This is what made it possess a social and urban identity of its own, as it contains multifunctional urban spaces and services, which are today affected by the winds of globalization, modernity and the contemporary urban lifestyle, which is one of the important matters that its residents cannot abandon. It is clear to this society in these cities its basic components, such as the terrible spread of nuclear families, for example, which are considered as the basic unit for building society. On the other hand, we also find urban dwellings, which are considered as a basic unit in the components of the city. The latter is the ideal space that allows social groups to exercise their daily functions and roles in accordance with and complementary to the integrative process associated with the new social and urban sphere. If we talk about desert urbanism, we find that it has undergone transformations that are becoming visible. Through the description, we find that the urban expansion forced the old city out of its traditional walls and narrow alleys, leading to the introduction of new and innovative methods for the requirements of the residential field. These transformations urge us to raise the central question of the research in order to analyze and interpret these The transformations taking place in the desert city related to the indicators of urbanism and urbanization and a description of the manifestations and dimensions of the social and urban integration of social groups with this urban living reality in the Algerian desert city.
