Abstract

الملخص:يعالج الموضوع، دور الجماعات المحلية في حماية البيئة في ظل التشريع الجزائري، كونها هي الأقرب إلى المواطن وتضمن سرعة التحكم، في انتشار التلوث البيئي لذلك أبرزنا هذه المهمة من خلال عرضنا للتجسيد القانوني لدور الولاية والبلدية في مجال حماية البيئة باعتبارهما يمثلان الجماعات المحلية،وتعد الوسائل القانونية الممنوحة لها التي تمكنها من فرض احترام الأشخاص للقواعد البيئية،مع الإشارة إلى الدور الفعال للديمقراطية التشاركية كآلية من آليات حماية البيئة على المستوى المحلي. -
