Abstract

تسعى المستشفيات لتحسين جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها لمرتفقيها، و بذلك انتهجت عدة أساليب في سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف، و لا شك أن أساليب تسيير الإمدادات في المستشفى تلعب دورا بالغ الأهمية في تحسين الأداء العام للمستشفى إذا ما تم تسييرها بشكل جيد، و من هنا تكمن أهمية تسيير اللوجستيك في المستشفى كأحد الدعائم الأساسية لتحسين جودة الخدمة الصحية، إذ أن التحكم فيالمكان و الزمان من شأنه المساهمة في أداء الخدمة في الوقت و المكان المناسب، و بالتالي كلما كان تسيير اللوجستيىك في المستشفى من إمدادات الأدوية و الأغطية و الأغذية ...إلخ بشكل جيد كلما كان ذلك داعما لتحسين جودة الخدمة الصحية المقدمة للمرضى
