العجــــــز النفســــي لــــدى المـــرأة متـــأخرة الانجـــــاب دراسة ميدانية بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى العجز النفسي لدى عينة من النساء متأخرات الانجاب بمدينة ورقلة، والفروق في هذا المستوى حسب متغير (السن، مدة الزواج،والمهنة)، ومنه إنبثقت فرضيات الدراسةكالتالي: 1-نتوقع مستوى العجز النفسي لدى عينة الدراسةمستوى مرتفعًا؛ 2-لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى العجز النفسي تبعا لمتغير السن لدى عينة الدراسة؛ 3-لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في مستوى العجز النفسي تبعا لمتغير مدة الزواج لدى عينة الدراسة؛ 4-لاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا مستوى العجزالنفسي تبعا لمتغيرالمهنة لدىعينة الدراسة. وللتحقق من الفرضيات سالفة الذكر تم استخدام استبيان "العجز النفسي" من اعداد الطالبة، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية لأداة القياس طبقت على عينة الدراسة المختارين بطريقة العينة القصدية، والتي تكونت من (150) امرأة متأخرة الانجاب القاصدات الى العيادات الخاصة للعلاج بمدينة ورقلة، تراوحت أعمارهن بين 19 إلى 45 عاماً،وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها، تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS V 24)، وقد أسفرت النتائج على ما يلي: 1-مستوى العجز النفسي لدىعينة الدراسة مستوى متوسط؛ 2-لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى العجزالنفسي تبعا لمتغير السن لدى عينة الدراسة؛ 3-لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى العجز النفسي تبعا لمتغير مدة الزواج لدى عينة الدراسة؛ 4- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا مستوى العجز النفسي تبعا لمتغير المهنة لدى عينة الدراسة. وقد تمت مناقشة النتائج وفق الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة حول ذات الموضوع، وتبقى في الأخير نتائج هذه الدراسة محدودة بعينتها ومنهجها وأدواتها.

The current study aimed to identify the level of psychological helplessness among a sample of women with delayed childbearing in the city of Ouargla, and the differences in this level according to the variable (age, duration of marriage, profession), from which the study hypotheses emerged as follows: 1- We expect a high level of psychological helplessness among the study sample. 2- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological helplessness according to the age in the study sample. 3- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological helplessness according to the duration of marriage among the study sample. 4- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological helplessness according to the profession of the study sample. In order to verify the hypotheses of the study, a psychological helplessness questionnaire prepared by the student was used, and after verifying the psychometric characteristics of the measurement tool, it was applied to the study sample selected by the intentional sample method, which consisted of (150) women with delayed childbearing going to private clinics for treatment in the city of Ouargla, their ages ranged from 19 to 45 years, and after data collection and unloading, statistical treatment was carried out using the statistical program for social sciences (SPSS V24), and the results resulted in the following: 1- The level of psychological helplessness among the study sample is medium. 2- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological helplessness according to the age of the study sample. 3- There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological helplessness according to the duration of marriage among the study sample. 4-There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological helplessness according to the profession among the study sample. The results were discussed according to the theoretical literature and previous studies on the same subject, and in the end, the results of this study remain limited to its sample, methodology, and tools.
