أثر المنصات الإلكترونية للتعليم عن بعد على جودة التعليم من وجهة نظر المستخدمين "نموذج منصة موودل – جامعة ورقلة"

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر استعمال منصة التعليم الإلكتروني موودل في على جودة التعليم من وجهة نظر المستخدمين، حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة قدرت بـ 102 طالب و34 أستاذ في جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، بإستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وإعتمادا على الإستبيان كأداة للدراسة. كما تم الإعتماد على دراسة الحالة من خلال الملاحظة العلمية، والوثائق الرسمية، والاستبيان ومعالجته الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج SPSS نسخة 26. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لإستعمال منصة التعليم الإلكتروني موودل على جودة التعليم من وجهة نظر المستخدمين وعدم وجود أي أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية يعزى لمتغير الجنس بالنسبة لطرفي العملية التعليمية أو المتغيرات الديموغرافية الأخرى متمثلة في (الخبرة، التخصص، الدرجة العلمية) بالنسبة للأساتذة وكذا (التخصص، المستوى) بالنسبة للطلبة كما يعود نقص استغلال الطلبة لمنصة التعليم الإلكترونية موودل لنقص التحكم وأسباب عدم التمكن من التقنية

This study aims to know the impact of using the E-Learning platform “Moodle” on the quality of education from users’ perspectives, the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted through the application of a questionnaire directed at individual students and teachers in order to achieve the goal of the study. The study was based on four basics hypothesis, with the aim of measuring the study variables. The results obtained through the SPSS program indicated that there is a statistically significant relationship between the usage of the E-Learning platform “Moodle” on the quality of education from user’s perspective and indicate non statistically significant relationship between other demographic factors such as (Experience, Specialization, Scientific degree) for the teachers and the same result is obtained from the students factors such as (Specialization, degree), also the study finds that the poor usage of the E-learning platforms is due to the poor technical skills from the students
