Abstract

إن موضوع الدراسة يدور حول قيم التسامح في البرامج التلفزيونية الاجتماعية الجزائرية دراسة تحليلية لبرنامج "صفحة جديدة" على قناةBEUR TV، حيث تسعى الدراسة إلى تحقيق هدف مفاده إبراز تجليات قيم التسامح في برنامج صفحة جديدة التي تعززها قناة BEUR TV. وعليه جاء التساؤل الرئيسي على النحو التالي: كيف تتجلى قيم التسامح داخل المجتمع الجزائري من خلال برنامج "صفحة جديدة" على قناة BEUR TV؟. وانطلقنا من هذا الأساس على مجموعة تساؤلات فرعية أسئلة متعلقة بالشكل وأخرى بالمضمون لمعرفة القوالب الفنية وقيم التسامح وغيرها، وبعد نهاية الدراسة التحليلية توصلنا إلى أهم النتائج وهيكالآتي: 1:إن القوالب الفنية المستخدمة في البرنامج عينة الدراسة ترتكز على الحوار التلفزيوني بشكل أكبر،بغض النظر على أن لكل من التقرير والحوار التلفزيوني نفس النسبة، لكنه يعتبر لأنسب لمعالجة الموضوع بحكم أن طبيعة وخصوصية هذا البرنامج قائمة أساسا على الحوار بين الضيوف والمقدم، لكن هذا يعتبر نقص بالنسبة للبرنامج لأنه لا يعتمد على قوالب فنية أخرى وأنه يفتقد لخاصية تفاعل الجمهور من خلال إجراء صبر آراء قبلي للموضوع يبث أثناء الحلقة في شكل مصغر. 2:إن اللغة الغالبة في برنامج "صفحة جديدة" لعرض قيم التسامح هي العامية أو الدارجة أو ما يسميها المشارق اللهجة الجزائرية، لكون البرنامج يستهدف عامة الناس سواء مثقفين أو غير مثقفين لعرض قضايا تمس الواقع الجزائري لذا لابد من وجود اللغة التي تمثل هذا الواقع. 3:تناول البرنامج مواضيع الأكثر تناولا والأكثر حساسية التي تمثل واقع المعيش في المجتمع الجزائري ومن أكثر المواضيع تناولا هي"مشاكل الآباء مع الأبناء"، وبدورها أبرزت مجموعة من قيم التسامحيةكالاعتراف بالخطأ، الصبر والتواضع، العفو عن الإساءة وتساهل مع الآخر. 4:قدم البرنامج العديد من قيم التسامح وتتمثل عموما في قيمة "تساهل مع الآخر" و"العفو عن الإساءة" و"الاعتراف بالخطأ" و" الصبر والتواضع"، من خلال القضايا المطروحة التي تم علاجها وإيجاد الحلول لها. لكن ما يحتل الصدارة هي قيمة "تساهل مع الآخر" لكونها قيمة مهمة يسعى البرنامج جاهدا لتحقيقها في المجتمع لجعله يدا واحدا، وذلك بالرغم من عدم حضور الأطراف الثانية للبرنامج والمتمثلة في حلقتين.

The topic of the study revolves around the values of tolerance in Algerian social television programs, with an analytical study of the "New Page" program on BEUR TV. The study aims to highlight manifestations of tolerance values in the "New Page" program, which are promoted by BEUR TV. The main question posed is as follows: How do tolerance values manifest within Algerian society through the "New Page" program on BEUR TV? Based on this, several sub-questions were formulated regarding the form and content to understand the artistic templates, tolerance values, and others. After the completion of the analytical study, the following important findings were reached: 1. The technical templates used in the program, the study sample, are predominantly based on television dialogue. Although both the report and the television dialogue have the same weight, it is considered more appropriate to address the subject through television dialogue due to the program's nature and emphasis on the interaction between guests and the host. However, this is a limitation of the program as it does not rely on other artistic templates and lacks the feature of audience interaction, such as obtaining viewer opinions before the subject is broadcasted in a condensed form during the episode. 2. The predominant language used in the "New Page" program to present tolerance values is colloquial or Darija, also known as the Algerian dialect. This is because the program targets the general public, whether educated or not, to address issues that impact Algerian reality. Therefore, using a language that represents this reality is necessary. 3. The program addresses topics that are widely discussed and sensitive, representing the living conditions in Algerian society. One of the most prominent topics is "parent-child problems." It highlights several tolerance values, such as acknowledging mistakes, patience and humility, forgiveness, and tolerance towards others. 4. The program presents several tolerance values, including "tolerance towards others," "forgiveness," "acknowledging mistakes," and "patience and humility," through the discussed issues and the solutions provided. However, the most prominent value is "tolerance towards others" as it is an important value that the program strives to achieve in society, even in the absence of the second party in the program, represented in two episodes.
