EXTRACTION ET CARACTÉRISATION DE L’HUILE ESSENTIELLE DE LA PLANTE AROMATIQUE CITRONNELLE DE LA RÉGION D’OUARGLA

Abstract

يعتمد هذا العمل بشكل أساسي على دراسة خصائص الزيت العطري لنبتة الليمون المزروعة في منطقة حاسي ميلود – ورقلة. وهي نبتة عطرية تستخدم في عدة مجلات Cymbopogon citratus تعرف نبتة الليمون أيضا باسم (الصيدلانية والتجميلية والطبية). عملية استخلاص الزيت العطري تم بواسطة التقطير المائي واعطت عائدا بنسبة 0.41 . AFNORنتائج التحاليل الفيزيوكيميائية للزيت العطري موافقة للمعايير الدولية تم تحليل الزيت العطري بواسطة كروماتوغرافيا الطيف الكتلي المقترن بالطور الغازي وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود السترال الذي يعتبر المادة الفعالة والمسؤولة عن فعالية هذا الزيت.

Ce travail se base principalement sur une étude de caractérisation de l’huile essentielle de la plante Citronnelle, cultivés de la région de Hassi Miloud - Ouargla. La plante Citronnelle également connue sous le nom Cymbopogon citratus, l’huile de cette plante populaire dans l’aromathérapie et ces divers utilisations et propriétés dans différents domaines (pharmaceutiques, cosmétiques et médicales). L’extraction d’huile essentielle réalisée par hydrodistillation a donné un rendement de 0.41. Les résultats des analyses physico-chimiques de l’huile essentielle sont conformes avec les normes AFNOR. L'huile essentielle a été analysée par GC/MS. Les résultats ont montré la présence de Citral comme Chemotype ; la substance active responsable de l'efficacité de cette huile

This work is mainly based on a characterization study of essential oil of the Lemongrass plant, grown in the region of Hassi Miloud-Ouargla. The Lemongrass plant also known as Cymbopogon citratus, the oil of this popular plant in aromatherapy and its various uses and properties in different fields (pharmaceutical, cosmetic and medical). The essential oil extraction carried out by hydrodistillation gave a yield of 0.41. The results of the physico-chemical analyze of the essential oil are compliant with AFNOR standards. The essential oils are, analyzed by GC/MS, the results showed the presence of Citral as chemotype which finds the active substance responsible for the effectiveness of this oil.
