العلاقات الإجتماعية وبناء رأس المال الفكري للأستاذ في المؤسسة الجامعية (دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأساتذة الباحثين بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التي تتناول موضوع: العلاقات الإجتماعية وبناء رأس المال الفكري للأستاذ بالمؤسسة الجامعية. دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأساتذة الباحثين بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، لمحاولة معرفة إسهام الروابط الاجتماعية المتمثلة في علاقات العمل والتعامل مع الزملاء الأساتذة في بناء رأس المال الفكري للأستاذ الباحث داخل المؤسسة الجامعية. ومن أجل ذلك تم طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما إسهام العلاقات الاجتماعية في بناء رأس المال الفكري للأستاذ داخل جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة؟ حيث إندرجت تحته التساؤلات الفرعية التالية: 1. كيف يساهم الانتماء لمخابر البحث في تحسين الإنتاج الفكري والمعرفي للأستاذ الجامعي؟ 2. كيف يؤثر انتماء الأستاذ لفرق البحث برفع قدراته المعرفية؟ 3. ما مساهمة عملية الإشراف على المذكرات والأطروحات في الرفع من خبرة الأستاذ الجامعي؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات تم اختيار عينة احتمالية طبقية من الأساتذة الباحثين بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة من صنف الأستاذية، أستاذ وأستاذ محاضر قسم " أ " ومحاضر قسم " ب " بلغ عددها 101 أستاذا، موزعين على 04 كليات هي (كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، كلية الآداب واللغات الأجنبية، كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير، كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية). حيث تم اعتماد الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات، وبعد أن تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة الدراسة، تم استرجاع 81 استبيان فقط، حيث أصبح حجم العينة 81 أستاذا من أصل 101 أستاذ. كما تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي لمحاولة وصف الظاهرة الاجتماعية الحالية في المؤسسة الجامعية. ومن خلال الدراسة الميدانية، توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: ـــ أن العلاقات الاجتماعية تساهم بدرجة كبيرة في بناء رأس المال الفكري للأستاذ، وذلك من خلال إسهامها الإيجابي على إنتاجهم الفكري. حيث تعمل هذه العلاقات على تطوير العمل البحثي القائم بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة من خلال تبادل الخبرات والمعارف بين الأساتذة، كما أنها تساهم في تطوير الإنتاج العلمي لديهم.

A field study on a sample of research professors at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla in order to try to find out the contribution of social ties represented in work relations and dealing with fellow professors in building intellectual capital. They raise a question about how social relations contribute to building the intellectual capital of the professor at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla. It included the following questions: 1. How does belonging to research laboratories contribute to improving the improving the knowledge and intellectual production of the university professor? 2. How does the professor's affiliation with the research teams affect his cognitive abilities? 3. How does the process of supervising notes and dissertations contribute to improving the university professor's experience? To answer these questions, a stratified probability sample was selected from research professors at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla from the category of professorship. Professor and lecturer of department "a" and lecturer of department "b". They numbered 101 professors distributed over four faculties (faculty of humanities and social sciences, college of arts and foreign I languages. College of economic, commercial and management sciences. College of law and political sciences) where the questionnaire was relied uponas a basic tool for collecting information. After the questionnaire was distributed to the study samples, only 81 questionnaires were retrieved, meaning that the number of teachers became 81, and the descriptive approach was followed to try to describe the current social phenomenon in the social institution. Through this field study, we reached an important conclusion: Social relations contribute greatly to building the intellectual capital of the professor, due to its positive contribution to this intellectual production. Where these relations work to develop the existing research work at the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla. This is done through the exchange of experiences and knowledge among the professors. And it also contributes to the development of their scientific production.
