الرأس مال الثقافي للأستاذ وانعكاسه على تشكيل أخلاقيات المهنة لخريجي المدرسة العليا للأساتذة (دراسة ميدانية بالمدرسة العليا للأساتذة، ولاية ورقلة)

Abstract

يكمن موضوع الدراسة الموسومة بالرأسمال الثقافي للأستاذ وانعكاسه على تشكيل أخلاقيات المهنة لخريجي المدرسة العليا للأساتذة، والتي تهدف إلى معرفة الانعكاسات المخلفة من خلال الرأسمال الثقافي للأستاذ على المتمدرس من حيث تشكيل أخلاقيات المهنة المستقبلية.وقد طبقنا دراستنا على مجتمع البحث المكون من 64 مفردة، حيث انطلقنا من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: هل الرأسمال الثقافي للأستاذ له انعكاس على تشكيل أخلاقيات المهنة لخريجي المدرسة العليا للأساتذة؟ وتمثلت تساؤلات الدراسة فيما يلي: • هل تساهم كفاءة الأستاذ في تنمية روح لمسؤولية للمتمدرس؟ • هل تساهم السلطة الرمزية للأستاذ في زيادة الانضباط للمتمدرس؟ • هل تساهم العلاقات الاجتماعية بين الأستاذ والمتم درس في الحفاظ على القيم الأخلاقية للمتمدرس؟ وللتأكد من صحة الفرضيات فقد تم الاعتماد في الدراسة على مجموعة من الإجراءات المنهجية نذكر منها: اختيار المنهج الوصفي الاعتماد على الاستبيان والمكون من 22سؤال الموزعة على مجموعة المتمدرسين في السنوات النهائية للمدرسة العليا (ورقلة) من اجل الإجابة عليها، وبعد إجراء الدراسة والنزول إلى الميدان ثم عرض وتحليل نتائج الفرضيات تم التوصل من خلال ذلك إلى مجموعة من النتائج، وكذا بعض التوصيات المتعلقة بالموضوع.

The subject of the study is marked by the cultural capital of the professor and its reflection on the formation of professional ethics for graduates of the Higher School of Teachers, which aims to know the repercussions left by the cultural capital of the professor on the student in terms of shaping the ethics of the future profession. We have applied our study to the research community consisting of 64 items, as we set out From the following main question: Does the cultural capital of the professor have a reflection on the formation of professional ethics for graduates of the High School for Teachers? The study questions were as follows: • Does the professor's competence contribute to the development of a spirit of responsibility for the teacher? • Does the teacher's symbolic authority contribute to increasing the student's discipline? • Do the social relations between the teacher and the teacher contribute to preserving the moral values of the teacher? In order to ensure the validity of the hypotheses, the study relied on a set of methodological procedures, including: Choosing a descriptive approach Relying on a questionnaire consisting of 22 questions distributed to a group of students In the final years of the High School (Ouargla) in order to answer them, and after conducting the study and going to the field and then Viewing and analyzing the results of the hypotheses. Through this, a set of results were reached, as well as some recommendations related to the topic.
