دور مراقبة التسيير في تحسين جودة الخدمات دراسة حالة ديوان الترقية و التسيير العقاري بورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور ومساهمة مراقبة التسيير في تحسين جودة الخدمات في ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بولاية ورقلة. ومن أجل ذلك قمنا بدراسة نظرية وميدانية للموضوع محل الدراسة، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة، و استخدام المقابلة الشخصية مع رئيس مصلحة الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج كان أهمها أن لمراقبة التسيير دور كبير و فعال في تحسين جودة الخدمات من قبل المؤسسة حتى تستطيع المحافظة على مكانتها وعملائها.

This study aims to reveal the role and contribution of management control in improving the quality of services in the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management in the state of Ouargla. For this, we did a theoretical and field study of the subject under study, based on the descriptive approach in the study, and the use of a personal interview with the head of the human resources department in the institution as a tool for data collection. This study has reached many results, the most important of which is that management control has a large and effective role in improving the quality of services by the institution so that it can maintain its status and customers.
