أثر الإدارة الالكترونية على جودة الخدمة الصحية دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية سليمان عميرات بتقرت - من وجهة نظر العاملين-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الإدارة الالكترونية على جودة الخدمة الصحية من وجهة نظر موظفين السلك الطبي والشبه الطبي والإداريين بمستشفى سليمان عميرات تقرت ، وللوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على طريقة توزيع الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات ، إذا تمكنا من جمع 137 استبيان صالحة لتحليل الإحصائي ، حيث قمنا بتحليل هذه البيانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي(Spss) نسخة 26بالاضافة إلى مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية ، خلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الإدارة الالكترونية سائدة بدرجة متوسطة ولها أثر ايجابي على جودة الخدمة الصحية ، واثبات كذلك على وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تصور أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الإدارة الالكترونية وجودة الخدمة الصحية ، تعزى إلى المتغيرات الشخصية

This study aims to know the impact of electronic management on the quality of health service from the point of view of the medical, paramedical and administrative staff at Suleiman Amirat Toqrat Hospital, and to reach the objectives of the study, the method of distributing the questionnaire was relied upon as a main tool for data collection, if we were able to collect 137 valid questionnaires for statistical analysis , which we analyze This data was obtained through the use of the statistical analysis program (Spss) version 26, in addition to a set of statistical methods. The study concluded that electronic administration is prevalent to a moderate degree and has a positive effect on the quality of health service.
