الأخلاق المهنية وانعكاساتها على الأداء الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية بالمعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني – ورقلة رقم 02- الشهيد محمد سويسي

Abstract

جاءت هذه الدراسة تحت عنوان الأخلاق المهنية وانعكاسها على الأداء الوظيقي ، اذ تهدف الى ابراز وتأثير وانعكاس الأخلاق المهنية على الأداء الوظيفي وظبط السلوكات وفهم الواجبات والمسؤوليات المهنية ، وكذلك محاولة التعلرف على مدى احترام وقت العمل والتقيد به في زيادة أداء العمال ، ودور الاحترام المتبادل بين الزملاء الذي يزيد من فعالية انجاز المهام ،ووعن دور العلاقات الجيدة بين العمال التي تسودها حسن المعاملة في محيط العمل التي تؤدى الى انظباط العمال ، وقد قمنا باجراء هذه الدراسة بالمعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني ورقلة 02 الشهيد محمد سويسي ، حيث شملت عينة الدراسة 67 عاملا وقد تم اختيارهم عن طريق أسلوب المسح الشامل ، واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الذي يصف الظاهرة موضوعيا بالاعتماد على البيانات التي تم جمعها عن طريق استمارة الاستبيان التي استخدمت كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات وقد احتوت على محورين وضمنت 30سؤالا .

This study aims to shed light on the most important contributions made by the Quranic school in the preparation of the school child in the city of ouargla in the quranic school of imam ibn Al-jazari in order to provide a sociological analysis and to find out this the main question was asked: What is the contribution of the quranic school in preparing the schoolchild in the city of ouargla? In order to address the problem of this topic the methodological procedures represented in the descriptive approach were followed and the questionnaire was relied upon as a basic tool for collecting information. As for the study sample in included 65 students studying in the quranic school and a comprehensive survey was adopted. The results of this study concluded that the quranic school plays a major role in encouraging the schooled child as well as developing his cognitive skills and seeks to consolidate educational and moral values to form a good individual in society

Cette étude s'intitulait l'éthique professionnelle et sa réflexion sur la performance au travail, car elle vise à mettre en évidence l'impact et la réflexion de l'éthique professionnelle sur la performance au travail, le contrôle des comportements, la compréhension des devoirs et des responsabilités professionnelles, ainsi qu'à tenter d'identifier dans quelle mesure quel temps de travail est respecté et respecté dans l'augmentation de la performance des travailleurs, et le rôle du respect mutuel entre collègues L'efficacité de l'exécution des tâches, et sur le rôle des bonnes relations entre les travailleurs, qui prévalent dans un bon traitement dans l'environnement de travail, qui conduisent à la discipline des travailleurs Sur l'approche descriptive qui décrit objectivement le phénomène, basée sur les données recueillies par le biais du formulaire de questionnaire, qui a été utilisé comme outil de base pour la collecte de données, et il contenait deux axes et comprenait 30 questions.
