دراسة أثر الفسادعلى مستوى الرفاهية في الدول العربية خلال الفترة2006 -2021

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة العلاقة بين الفساد كمتغير مستقل مقاسا بمؤشر مدركات الفساد والرفاهية كمتغير تابع مقاسة بمؤشر التنمية البشرية، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري والمنهج القياسي في الجانب التطبيقي، وتم استخدام نماذج تحليل بيانات بانل على عينة مكونة من 16 دولة عربية وهذا خلال الفترة 2006-2021، بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بين مدركات الفساد ومستوى الرفاهية مما يدل على وجود علاقة عكسية بين الفساد والرفاهية لكل الدول العربية، وان نموذج الأثر الثابت هو الأنسب لأنه يوجد فرق في السلوك مابين الدول ولكن كل دولة سلوكها ثابت عبر الزمن

This study aimed at identifying the relationship between corruption as an independent variable measured by the perception of corruption and well-being index as a subordinate variable measured by the human development index and the study relied on the analytical descriptive approach to the theoretical aspect and the standard approach to the applied aspect , panel data analysis models were used on a sample of 16 Arab countries .During the period 2006-2021 , the results of the study showed a correlation between perception of corruption and the level of well-being, indicating a reverse relationship between corruption and well-being for all Arab counties .the fixed-effect model was most appropriate because there was a difference in conduct between states, but each state’s behaviour was consistent over time
