الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى أساتذة اللغة الإنجليزية للسنة الثالثة ابتدائي (دراسة وصفية استكشافية في مقاطعات ورقلة، رويسات، سيدي خويلد، انقوسة)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة الاحتياجات التدريبية في (التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم وإدارة الصف) لدى أساتذة اللغة الإنجليزية للسنة الثالثة ابتدائي في مقاطعات ورقلة ورويسات وسيدي خويلد وانقوسة، من خلال معرفة مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى أساتذة اللغة الإنجليزية في التعليم الابتدائي، ومعرفة ترتيب الاحتياجات التدريبية ، وكذا معرفة الفروق في الاحتياجات التدريبية تبعا لمتغير مقاطعات التدريس، اعتمد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة اعتمد على أداة الاستبيان المعد من طرف الطالبتين بعد التأكد من خصائصه، طبق على عينة قدرها(40) أستاذا واستاذة، اختيرت بأسلوب الحصر الشامل، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج المتحصل عليها، استخدم مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية من بينها المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، اختبار (ت) للعينة الواحدة، تحليل التباين الأحادي، تم التوصل الى النتائج التالية: ان مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى أساتذة اللغة الإنجليزية للسنة الثالثة ابتدائي مرتفعة (المتوسط الفرضي88 والمتوسط الحسابي 91.27 )، اما من حيث ترتيب الاحتياجات التدريبية فقد احتل بعد التخطيط المرتبة الأولى (المتوسط الفرضي 28 والمتوسط الحسابي 29.27)، يليه بعد التنفيذ في المرتبة الثانية (المتوسط الفرضي24 والمتوسط الحسابي 24.15)، ويليه بعد التقويم في المرتبة الثالثة (المتوسط الفرضي 18 والمتوسط الحسابي(19.27)، ثم يليه بعد إدارة الصف في المرتبة الرابعة (المتوسط الفرضي 18 والمتوسط الحسابي 18.57)، كما لم يتبين وجود فروق في الاحتياجات لدى أساتذة اللغة الإنجليزية للسنة الثالثة ابتدائي تبعا لمتغير مقاطعات التدريس التي شملتها الدراسة، نوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة، واختتمت بتقديم جملة من المقترحات الموجهة الى المختصين، العاملين، العينة.

The purpose of this study is to know the training needs in (planning, implementation, evaluation and classroom management) among teachers of English in the third year of primary school in the regions ofouargla، and Rouissat,andSidiKhouiled andn’qoussa. From the identification of the level of training needs among teachers of English in the third year of primary school, and to know the order of these training needs as well as the determination of the differences of these training needs according to the variable areateaching In order to answer these questions, we adopted the exploratory descriptive approach on a sample of (40) teachers selected from the exhaustive survey method and To collect the data, we designed a questionnaire after checking its psychometric characteristics. based on statistical methods .Such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, one-sample t-test, and one-way analysis of variance Our study led to the following results: - The level of training needs of the study sample is high (the weighted average is 88 and the arithmetic average is 91.27).And with regard to the classification of training needs, the planning dimension comes first (the weighted average is 28 and the arithmetic average is 29.27), followed by the implementation dimension in second position (the averageis 24 and the arithmetic mean is 24.15), then comes the evaluation dimension in third place (the weighted mean is 18 and the arithmetic mean is (19.27), then class management comesranked fourth (the weighted mean is 18 and the arithmetic mean is 18.57), and among the results there was no difference in the needs of the study sample according to the variable of the teaching areas. The results were discussed with reference to previous studies and theoretically written literature on the subject.and concluded with a number of proposals addressed to specialists, workers and the sample
