Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم مستوى مشكلات الإدارة الصفية في ظل نظام التدريس بالتفويج أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر معلمي التعليم الابتدائي ،و ذلك للتعرف على أهم الصعوبات التي واجهتهم أثناء الجائحة ،ولتقصي حيثيات الدراسة اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي .وتم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على عينة تتكون من (155)معلم. أما لجمع البيانات فقد تم تبني استبيان مخصص أعدته (شقوة وبارة )، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية :  مستوى مشكلات الإدارة الصفية في ظل نظام التدريس بالتفويج أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر معلمي التعليم الإبتدائي مرتفع .  وجود فروق في مستوى مشكلات الإدارة الصفية في ظل نظام التدريس بالتفويج أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر معلمي التعليم الإبتدائي باختلاف الجنس .  لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى مشكلات الإدارة الصفية في ظل نظام التدريس بالتفويج أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر معلمي التعليم الإبتدائي باختلاف الأقدمية .  لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فروق في مستوى مشكلات الإدارة الصفية في ظل نظام التدريس بالتفويج أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر معلمي التعليم الإبتدائي باختلاف الأطوار التعليمية (الطور الأول والثاني ) .

The current stady aimed to assess the level of classroom management in light of the cohort leaching system during the periadic the table of the primary education method,and this study focused on the most important difficulties or obstacles that were drawn during the regular session, and to investigante the reason for the study, we fallowed the descriptive aprooch. The study program was launched on sample of (155) techers. By collecting data and financial data, a questionnaire prepared for that purpose was prepared by (Shaqwa and Bara), and after processing , the results were reached : The level of classroom management problems under the cohort teaching system during the Corona pandamic from the point of view of primary education is high . Thare are diffirences in the level of classroom managemant problames under the cohort teaching system during the Corona panadinamic from the point of view of primary education teachers accoding to gender. Thare are no statistically significant differences in the level of classroom managemant problams under the system during the Corona panadinamic from the point of view of primary education teachers accoding to seniority . Thare are no statistically significant differences in the level of classroom managemant problams under the system during the Corona panadinamic from the point of view of primary education teachers accoding to the diffirent educationnal phases (first and second phases ).
