Abstract: This study aims at investigating the relationship between cognitive representation o and brain domination. Participants were 56 pupils, 3rd level from a secondary school in Hassi Khalifa El-Oued-Algeria. We used Cognitive Representation Scale(Rajeb, 2007), and Brain Domination Scale(Torrance, Meccarty, and Kolesinski, 1984), to collect data of study. The outcomes showed there was no statistically significant relationship between cognitive representation and brain dominance. The nature of the relationship between cognitive representation and brain dominance did not vary by gender. The nature of the relationship between cognitive representation and brain dominance did not vary according to division (experimental sciences/literature and philosophy).
