أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على الرضا الوظيفي دراسة حالة الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد -ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بأبعادها (بعد الاجهزة والبرمجيات،بعد شبكات الاتصال والانترنت ،بعد الموارد البشرية ، بعد قواعد البيانات،بعد التدريب، الدعم) على الرضا الوظيفي في الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد ورقلة. حيث اعتمدنا في دراسة موضوعنا في الفصل الأول على الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي اما عن الفصل الثاني اعتمدنا على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss نسخة 25. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - يستخدم الصندوق الوطني للتقاعدتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالبمستوى مرتفع. - مستوى الرضا الوظيفي في الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد ورقلة مرتفع. - هناك علاقة ارتباط موجبة بينتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالوالرضا الوظيفي لدى الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد. This study aims to identify the impact of information and communication technology in its dimensions (the hardware and software dimension, the communication networks and the Internet dimension, the human resources dimension, the databases dimension, the training dimension, and support) on job satisfaction in the Ouargla Retirement Fund Corporation. To achieve this, the study relied on the questionnaire tool to collect data, 40 questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of workers, and 32 of them were retrieved from the study population, and processed through the statistical package for social sciences spss program version 25. The study reached the following results: - The National Pension Fund Corporation applies information and communication technology at a high level. The level of job satisfaction at the Ouargla National Pension Fund is high. - The existence of an impact of information and communication technology in achieving job satisfaction at the National Retirement Fund Corporation.
