Abstract

تقييم الجوانب الصحية والامن والسلامة للمنشآت والملاعب الرياضية بثانويات مدينة ورقلة في ضوء معايير الجودة وتهدف الدراسة التي بين أيدينا إلى محاولة معرفة مدى تقيم الجوانب الصحية والامن والسلامة للمنشآت والملاعب الرياضية ببعض ثانويات ولاية ورقلة في ضوء معايير الجودة، ولأجل ذلك اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 60 أستاذ، واستعملنا لجمع البيانات استمارة الاستبيان، واستخدمنا لتحويل البيانات الى نتائج إحصائية معامل (الصدق، الثبات، معامل الارتباط البسيط لبيرسون)، وجاءت أهم نتائج الدراسة ان كل الأساتذة وبنسبة 100% يرون أن أهم أسباب عدم تطبيق الجودة الشاملة تعود إلى افتقار المنشآت الرياضية إلى البنية التحتية، وان نقص الخبرة والكفاءة حال دون تطبيق معايير الجودة في المنشآت والملاعب الرياضية ببعض الثانويات بمدينة ورقلة، اما اهم الاقتراحات والتوصيات فتمثلت بداية بضرورة زيادة كفاءة وفاعلية المنشآت الرياضية، وأهمية استيعاب مدير المؤسسات التربوية لمبادئ وأساسيات إدارة الجودة الشاملة، ومعرفته بالفوائد التي ستعود على المنشآت في حالة تبينها لهذا النظام. Statistical results of the coefficient (honesty, reliability, Pearson's simple correlation coefficient), and the most important results of the study came that all teachers, with a percentage of 100%, believe that the most important reasons for not applying total quality are due to the lack of sports facilities to the infrastructure, and that the lack of experience and competence prevented the application of quality standards In sports facilities and stadiums in some secondary schools in the city of Ouargla. As for the most important suggestions and recommendations, they represented the beginning of the need to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of sports facilities, and the importance of the director of educational institutions absorbing the principles and basics of total quality management, and his knowledge of the benefits that will accrue to the facilities in the event that they adopt this system.
