أهمية انتقاء الرياضيين في المدارس الابتدائية للاكتشاف المبكر للمواهب الرياضية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على كيفية انتقاء اللاعبين في المرحلة الابتدائية والطرق المستخدمة في ذلك ومعرفة الفروق في عملية الانتقاء بين الذكور والاناث الممارسين للأنشطة الرياضية المتنوعة، لهذا الغرض اخترنا العينة بصفة قصديةوكان عددها 10 مربين ينتمون الى بعض ابتدائيات ولاية ورقلة، وقد تمت الدراسة بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي (دراسة حالة)، وتمثلت اداة الدراسة في استبيان يتكون من محورين لمعرفة طرق انتقاء اللاعبين، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى: - عملية انتقاء اللاعبين في المرحلة الابتدائية ساهمت في الاكتشاف المبكر للمواهب الرياضية بولاية ورقلة - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في عملية الانتقاء تعزى لمتغير الجنس للتلاميذ الممارسون للأنشطة البدنية الرياضية - تخضع عملية الانتقاء لمجموعة من الأسس والمحددات العلمية This study aimed to identify how to select players at the primary stage and the methods used in this and to find out the differences in the selection process between males and females practicing various sports activities, for this purpose, we selected a purposive sample( non- probability sampling) and there were 10 educators belonging to some primary schools in Ouargla, the study was done based on the descriptive method (case study), the study tool was a scale,,,,,,, methods of selecting players, and the results of the study reached: - The process of selecting players at the primary level contributed to the early discovery of sports talents in Ouargla. - There are significant differences in the selection process attributable to the sex variant of pupils engaged in sports physical activities - The selection process is subject to a set of scientific bases and determinants
