استخدامات تكنولوجيا الاتصال الرقمية في تعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مدرسة الصم البكم بورقلة نموذجا

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى الكشف عن استخدامات تكنولوجيا الاتصال الرقمية في تعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ، من خلال دراسة عينة من معلمي ومدرسي وإخصائي مدرسة المجاهد محمد الصغير الصافي للأطفال المعاقين سمعيا بورقلة. حيث تم الاعتماد على أسلوب العينة القصدية حيث بلغ عدد العينة 30 مفردة . وقد اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك باستعمال استبيان لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين،حيث قسمت الدراسة إلى جانب منهجي وجانب تطبيقي الذي تم فيه التحقق من صحة الفرضيات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة يحتل مكانة كبيرة من طرف مدرسة المعاقين للتعليم، ومن خلال الأهمية الفعالة في لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة التي تعكس صورة المدرسة وخدماتها المميزة لتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

The aim of the study of this topic is to reveal the uses of modern communication technology in the education of people with special needs, through the study of a sample of teachers, teachers and specialists at El martyr Mohamed El Sagheer El Safi School for Hearing Impaired Children in Ouargla. Where the intentional sampling method was relied upon, as the number of the sample was 30 individuals In this study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach, by using a questionnaire to collect data from the respondents, where the study was divided into a methodological side and an applied side, in which the validity of the hypotheses was verified. In our study, we reached a number of results, most notably: that the use of modern communication technology occupies a great place by the school for the disabled for education, and through the effective importance of modern communication technology that reflects the image of the school and its distinguished services for educating people with special needs.
