Abstract

اتضح ان مستوى ابعاد مرتفع لدى تطبيق بريدي موب بسبب وعي ودراية مؤسسة بريد الجزائر باهمية هذه الابعاد وحرصهم على تطويرخدمات المؤسسة وتحسين ادائها لتحقيق النجاح في ميدان العمل المصدر الاول للمعرفة افراد العينة بالتطبيق هم الاشخاص المهمين والذين يثقون بالارائهم لكن القرار تجربتهم يعود للمستخدم نفسه غالبية افراد العينة راضون عن تجربتهم في استخدام تطبيق الهاتف الذكي ,يدل هذا على سهولة وتنوع وجودة الخدممات الموجودة على التطبيق والتي وفرة على الافراد عناء التنقل الى المؤسسة لا توجد فروق بين إجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق بالجنس والعمر، في حين توجد فروق فيما يتعلق بباقي المتغيرات الشخصية ( االمستوى التعلمي، الوضعية المهنية). اهم الابعاد واعلاها تاثيرا في استخدام تطبيق هي الموثوقية وسهولة الاستخدام والامان والسرية . اغلب الزبائن يعانون من بطئ في الخدمات وعدم عملها في بعض الاحيان.
