دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الخدمة العمومية للجماعات المحلية دراسة حالة ولاية توقرت خلال سنة 2023

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين الخدمة العمومية في ولاية توقرت. وللإجابة على إشكالية البحث واختبار الفرضيات، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالإضافة إلى الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث اقتصرت عميلة التوزيع على أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة، بحيث بلغ تعداد عينة الدراسة 49 عامل في الولاية توقرت تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيانات عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS .من أهم النتائج التي توصلنا اليها من خلال هذه الدراسة هي أنه يتم استخدام الادارة الإلكترونية في ولاية توقرت بدرجة جيدة و مستوى تحسين الخدمة العمومية فيها مرتفع ؛ هناك علاقة ارتباط طردية بين الادارة الإلكترونية و تحسين الخدمات العمومية المقدمة أي أن زيادة الإدارة الإلكترونية بوحدة واحدة يؤدي إلى تغير طردي في الخدمة العمومية بمقدار (0.74) من الوحدة الواحدة، وهذا يعني أن تطبيق الادارة الإلكترونية له تأثير كبير وعالي على تحسين الخدمة العمومية المقدمة كما أظهرت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق في تحسين الخدمة العمومية تعود إلى المتغيرات الديمغرافية ؛.:

This study aimed to find out the impact of electronic management in improving public service in the state of Toubert. In order to answer the research problem and test the hypotheses, the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon, in addition to the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, as the distribution process was limited to the simple random sample method, so that the study sample consisted of 49 workers in the state of Toqurt. The data contained in the questionnaires were analyzed by using the package SPSS Statistical. One of the most important results that we reached through this study is that the electronic administration is used in the state of Togort to a good degree, and the level of improving public service is high; There is a direct correlation between electronic administration and the improvement of public services provided, that is, increasing electronic administration by one unit leads to a positive change in public service by (0.74) per unit, and this means that the application of electronic management has a significant and high impact on improving the public service provided as well. The study showed that there are no differences in the improvement of public service due to demographic variables.
