أثر التدريب الإلكتروني على الأداء الوظيفي للمدربين دراسة ميدانية لأكاديميات سيسكو للشبكات بقطاع التكوين والتعليم المهنيين بالجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر التدريب الالكتروني على الأداء الوظيفي، اشتملت عينة الدراسة على 36 مدربا بأكاديميات سيسكو للشبكات في قطاع التكوين والتعليم المهنيين بالجزائر، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما اعتمد الطالبين على وثائق وزارة التكوين والتعليم المهنيين، وثائق من شركة سيسكو، والاستبيان لجمع البيانات وتحليلها بواسطة برنامج SPSS.26، وباستخدام التحليل الاحصائي الوصفي، تحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد، توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: توفر دورات في التدريب الالكتروني في المؤسسات محل الدراسة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين التدريب الإلكتروني والاداء الوظيفي في أكاديميات سيسكو للشبكات في قطاع التكوين والتعليم المهنيين بالجزائر.

This study aims to find out the extent of the impact of electronic training on performance. The study sample included 36 Cisco Networking Académie’s Instructors of the Algerian vocational and educational training sector, The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, as the students relied on a Ministry of Vocational and Educational Training documents, and Cisco Networking Academy documents, using descriptive statistical analysis, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the availability of e-training courses in the institution under study. The results also showed a strong direct relationship between e-training and performance in Cisco Networking Academies for the Algerian Vocational and Educational training sector.
