أهمية تكوين المورد البشري وأثره على إنتاجية العمال دراسة حالة عينة من عمال مؤسسة ENSP

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر عملية التكوين على تحسين إنتاجية العمال بالمؤسسة باعبتبار التكوين احد اهم الاليات التي تتبعها المؤسسة لهذا الغرض ، وعلى هذا الاساس فقد قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة المؤسسة الوطنية لخدمات الابار Ensp حاسي مسعود بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و منهج دراسة الحالة للإجابة على الاشكالية والتأكد من صحة الفرضيات ومن خلال تحليلنا للنتائج توصلنا إلى: 1) تتمتع المؤسسة محل الدراسة بمستوى جيد من تكوين الموارد البشري؛ 2) توجد علاقة ارتباطية خطية بين التكوينوتحسين إنتاجية العمال.

This study aims to understand the effect of the training process on improving the productivity of the workers in the institution, considering that the training is one of the most important mechanisms adopted by the institution for this purpose. On this basis, we conducted a field study on the sample of the National News Service Foundation, Ensp. Hassi Massoud, based on the analytical descriptive method and the case study method to answer the problem and verify the validity of hypotheses From our analysis of the results, we found:  The organization in question has a good level of human resource composition;  There is a linear correlation between configuration and improvement of worker productivity.
