Etude de Maintenance Du Moteur Caterpillar 3512

Abstract

Le moteur Caterpillar a un rôle majeur dans le domaine du forage des puits de pétrole, car il est le principal et le seul responsable de l'alimentation en électricité du site de forage, ce qui nécessite de maintenir sa fiabilité et sa maintenabilité. De décrire le moteur Caterpillar 3512 et de réaliser pour celui-ci une étude FMD à l'aide du modèle Weibull Ce qui nous a permis de savoir que la fiabilité de ce moteur est élevée et que pour maintenir sa fiabilité à 90%, il faut intervenir toutes les 88,63 heures. Enfin,La méthode ABC et la loi de Weibull ont de bons résultats pour découvrir les causes et améliorer la maintenance préventive

The Caterpillar engine has a major role in the field of drilling oil wells, as it is the main and only responsible for feeding the drilling site with electricity, which requires maintaining its reliability and maintainability. Therefore, we have done through this modest work that aims to describe the Caterpillar 3512 engine and conduct an FMD study for it using the Weibull model Which enabled us to know that the reliability of this engine is high and that in order to maintain its reliability at 90%, it must be intervened every 88.63 hours. Finally, the ABC method and Weibull's law have good results in order to find out the causes and improve preventive maintenance

L91 معدّل 99) تحتوي هذه الدراسة على سبعة فصول:

يبدأ الفصل الأول بوصف عام للمشروع مع عرض لخصائص المواد، ثم يعطي الفصل الثاني الأبعاد الأولية للعناصر المكونة له مع حساب الحمولة لكل عنصر ويهدف الفصل الثالث للدراسة الرد الثانوي (لوحة شرفة سلم الشعاع) بدأت الدراسة الديناميكية للهيكل في الفصل الخامس من برنامج Robot 2014 للتعرف على الضغوط المختلفة الناتجة عن الأحمال (الأحمال الدائمة والتشغيل والأحمال الزلزالية)
