دور الثقافة التنظيمية في تعزيز نظام الأمن والسلامة المهنية دراسة ميدانية مؤسسة سيترام ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الثقافة التنظيمية على نظام الأمن والسلامة المهنية في مؤسسة سيترام ورقلة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات ، حيث أجريت على عينة عشوائية قدرات على 69 عامل من مؤسسة سيترام ورقلة وتم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي spss لمعالجة البيانات . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية في مؤسسة سيترام ورقلة هو مرتفع في جميع الأبعاد .التي تم تقييمها (القيم التنظيمية، المعتقدات التنظيمية، التوقعات التنظيمية)

This study aimed to find out the extent of the impact of organizational culture on the occupational safety and security stystem. In the setram Ouragla foundation and to achie the objective of the study. The analytical descriptive approach was used and the quetionnair was used as a tool for data collection it was conducted on a randoom sample of 69 workers from the Setram Ouaryla foundation, and the statistical program was used spss for data processing the study study reached a number of results. The most important of which us that the level of organizational culture in the Setram Ouargla instituation is good and high in all dimensions. That have been evaluated (organizational) values, organizational beliefs organizational expectations). This is possible by promoting organizational values. organizational belief and organizational expectations throughout the organization. This can be achieved through training awareness and active participation of employees in decision-making processes and the achievement of common goals
