أثر الأمن الصناعي على الأداء الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية للمؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار (ENTP)-بحاسي مسعود-ورقلة-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لتحديد أثر الأمن الصناعي في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار بحاسي مسعود- ورقلة-بالتطرق إلى أهم الجوانب التي يمكن للأمن الصناعي أن يؤثر بها على تحسين الأداء الوظيفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إستخدام الإستبانة كآداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، شملت (55) عبارة لجمع البيانات الأولية من عينة الدراسة التى بلغ عددها (78)، في ضوء ذلك جرى جمع وتحليل البيانات وإختبار الفرضيات بإستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية والإنسانيةSPPS))، نسخة 25 وكانت أهم النتائج التى تم التوصل إليها: - إتضح من خلال الدراسة أن المؤسسة الوطنية لا أشغال الآبار بحاسي مسعود تولي إهتمام عاليللأمن الصناعي؛ - هناك تحسن في أداء الموظفين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة بدرجة عالية؛ - توجد فروق بين إجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق ب (الأقدمية، الجنس، السن، مستوى التعليم)؛ - العلاقة الإرتباطية بين الأمن الصناعي كمتغير مستقل والأداء الوظيفي كمتغير تابع علاقة قوية؛ - من خلال الدرجات العالية التى تحصل عليها المتغير المستقل الأمن الصناعي، والتي مثلتها إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عن أسئلة الإستبانة، يوحي ويؤكد مدى إستيعاب العاملين لأبعاد كل من الأمن الصناعي والأداء الوظيفي بشكل كبير.

This study aims to determine the impact of industrial security on improving job performance in the National Corporation for Wells Works in Hassi Messaoud - Ouargla - by addressing the most important aspects that industrial security can affect on improving job performance, To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, which included (55) phrases for collecting primary data from the study sample, which numbered (78). The most important results reached were: - It became clear through the study that the National Corporation for Well Works in Hassi Messaoud pays high attention to industrial security; - There is a high improvement in the performance of the employees in the institution under study; - There are differences between the answers of the respondents with regard to (seniority, gender, age, level of education); - The strong correlation between industrial security as an independent variable and job performance as a dependent variable; - Through the high scores obtained by the independent variable, industrial security, which was represented by the answers of the study sample to the questionnaire questions, it suggests and confirms the extent to which workers absorb the dimensions of both industrial security and job performance in a large way.
