أثر نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERPعلى تميز الأداء المؤسسي دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة مطاحن الواحات-تقرت

Abstract

الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو تحديد أثر نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة (ERP)على تميز الأداء المؤسسي لدى العاملين بمؤسسة مطاحن الواحات –خلية الإعلام الآلي- تقرت-، ومن أجل لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، حيث إشتملت على (42) عبارة للحصول على البيانات الأولية من عينة الدراسة التى بلغ عددها (40)، وبناءا على ذلك تم جمع وتحليل البيانات واختبار صحة الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية SPPS))، وأبرز النتائج التى تم التوصل إليها من خلال الدراسة الحالية: - بناءا على الدراسة تبين أنه يوجد مستوى تطبيق عالي لنظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP)) بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة كما أنها تبدي اهتماما بتوفير متطلبات تطبيق النظام؛ - توجد فروق بين اجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق بمتغير (الجنس)؛ - لاتوجد فروق بين اجابات المبحوثين تبعا لمتغيرات (المسمى الوظيفي، المستوى التعليمي، معرفة تكنولوجيا المعلومات)؛ - العلاقة الإرتباطية بين نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة ERP)) كمتغير مستقل وتميز الأداء المؤسسي كمتغير تابع علاقة طردية متوسطة؛ - أبرز العوامل التي أثرت بشكل كبير على تميز الأداء المؤسسي تتمثل في البعد الأول إدارة الموارد المالية، وكذا البعد الثامن إعادة هندسة العمليات من بين الأبعاد الثمانية المكونة للمتغير المستقل نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسة .

(ERPThe main objective of this study is to determine the impact of the Enterprise Resource Planning )ERP) on the excellence of the institutional performance of the Oasis Mills Enterprise -Automated Media Cell- Taqreet، in order to achieve the objectives of the study، the identification tool was used to collect data، it included (42) phrases to obtain preliminary data form the (40) sample of the study، accordingly data was collected، analyzed and hypotheses tested using the SPSS statistical package program، highlighting the finding reached through the current study: - Based on the study، it was found that there is a high level of application of the Enterprise Resource Planning )ERP) system in the institution under study، and it also shows interest in providing the system application requirements; - There are differences between the respondent's answers regarding the variable (sex); - There are no differences between the respondent's answers depending on variables (job title، educational level، knowledge of information technology); - The correlation between the (ERP) system as an independent variable and the excellence of institutional performance as a dependent variable average correlation; - The most prominent factors that directly influenced the excellence of institutional performance are the first dimension of financial resources management، as well as the eighth dimension of process reengineering among ns of the independent variable (ERP) system;
