دور فرق العمل في تحسين اداء العاملين دراسة ميدانية لشركة الكهرباء والغاز-الطاقات المتجددة وحدة تقرت

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف بشكل دقيق على فرق العمل ودورها في تحسين أداء العاملين بحيثتمت الدراسة الميدانية في الشركة الوطنية للكهرباء والغاز وحدة تقرت، ولتقصي آراء المستجيبين تم إعداد استبانة ووزعت على الموظفين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وقد وزعت 100 استبانة استعيد منها 90 استبانة، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوعودراسة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج SPSS نسخة 26. وقد تم التوصل إلىوجود علاقة بين فرق العمل وأداء العاملين الوظيفي حيث توجد علاقة إرتباطية طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين فرق العمل والأداء الوظيفي وأن فرق العمل تعد أسلوبا إداريا واعدا وفعالا لتحسين أداءالعاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة

This study aimed to accurately identify the work teams and their role in improving the performance of the employees, so that the field study was carried out in the National Electricity and Gas Company,the unit of Touggourt, and to investigate the opinions of the respondents, then a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to the employees in the institution under study 100 questionnaires were distributed, of which 90 were returned, where the descriptive analytical approach was used to study the subject and study the relationship between the variables of the study, and the statistical treatment was done through program spss Copy 26 It has been concluded that there is a relationship between the work teams and the job performance of the employees, as there is a statistically significant correlation between the work teams and the job performance, and that the work teams are an effective and promising management method to improve the performance of the employees in the institution under study.
