Abstract

ملخص: بعد الاتجاه نحو سياسة الانفتاح الاقتصادي في الجزائر وجدت الدولة نفسها ملزمة بإيجاد آليات جديدة لتسيير المؤسسات العمومية الاقتصادية بدل التسيير المباشر،ومن ذلك تم إنشاء مجلس مساهمات الدولة وذلك بمقتضى الأمر 01-04 واستحداث مؤسسات تسيير مساهمات الدولة والتي تم تعويضها سنة2014 بالمجمعات الصناعية العمومية.

Abstract: After moving towards a policy of economic openness in Algeria, the State found itself under an obligation to create new mechanisms for the management of public economic institutions rather than direct management, including the establishment of the State Contributions Council under order 01-04 and the establishment of institutions for the management of State contributions, which were compensated in 2014 by public industrial parks. .
