دور الرقمنة في تحسين الخدمة العمومية في ظل ازمةكورونا دراسة حالة لعمال بلدية المغيرخلال2023

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مستوى الرقمنة وتأثيرها بالأداء المالي للبنوك التجارية في الجزائر من خلال تقييمها للأداء المالي في تحسين دورها الفعال في البنوك التجارية، وهذا ما تم طرحه من خلال دراسة تطبيقية لمصرف السلام الجزائر وذلك بإعتماد المؤشرات الأداء المالي في بنك السلام. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهما لبنك السلام الجزائر مستوى عال تتوافق الرقمنة للمصرف السلام في الجزائر كما أن مستوى الرقمنة في البنوك التجارية في تزايد مستمر خاصة في مصرف السلام 2021. ومستوى الأداء المالي المتعلق على العائد على الاصول و العائد على حقوق الملكية في البنوك التجارية متوسط كما أنها شهدت تزايد خلال فترة الدراسة باستثناء سنة 2020.

This study aims to demonstrate the level of digitization and its impact on the financial performance of commercial banks in Algeria through its evaluation of the financial performance in improving its effective role in commercial banks, and this was put forward through an applied study of Al Salam Bank Algeria, by adopting indicators of financial performance Al Salam Bank. The study concluded with many results, the most important of which is that Al Salam Bank Algeria has a high level of digitization.
