دور المقاولة النسوية في التمكين الإقتصادي للمرأة دراسة لعينة من النساء المقاولات في ولاية -ورقلة

Abstract

يهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى تحليل مساهمة المقاولة النسوية في التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة في الجزائر ، حيث قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لعينة من المقاولات في مدينة ورقلة،وصل عددهم إلى 50 امرأة مقاولة،تم تصميم و توزيع استبيان لجمع البيانات ،و تمت معالجته باستخدام برنامج spss 26 ، و بعد المعالجة توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - تمتلك النساء المقاولات بولاية ورقلة شخصية المرأة المقاولة؛ - تتمتع النساء المقاولات في ولاية ورقلة بتمكين اقتصادي لكنه ليس قويا بالشكل المطلوب.

We aim through this study, to analyze the contribution of entrepreneurship in Algeria to the economic empowerment of women, where we conducted a field study of a sample of women entrepreneurs in the city of Ouargla, it reached 50 women entrepreneurs. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to collect data, and it was processed using the spss26 program. After processing, we got the following results: - Women entrepreneurs in Ouargla have the personality of the women entrepreneur ; - Women entrepreneurs , have a economic empowerment, but it is not strong enough as it is required.
