الثيمات الدينية ودلالتها في خطاب الفصامي

Abstract

يعتبر الفصام الممثل الأكبر للاضطرابات الذهانية التي تعبر عن اضطراب الأداء العقلي للفرد. تكاد تكون نسبت الاصابة به (%1) متقاربة في كل المجتمعات. يشكل الهذيان الفصامي تحديا للأطباء النفسانيين والممارسين العياديين. دراسات عربية قليلة تناولت هذا الخطاب المتأثر بالثقافة والتنشئة، خاصة المحتوى الديني ودلالاته في التشخيص والعلاج.الهدف: تحاول هذه الدراسة استكشاف الثيمات الدينية ودلالتها في خطاب الفصامي المنهج: بلغ عدد المشاركين أربعة حالات تراوحت اعمارهم من 26 سنة إلى 50 سنة. تبنينا في دراستنا هذه منهج دراسة الحالة، مرتكزين على المقابلة كأداة، لتعذر تطبيق مقاييس وأدوات مساعدة. النتائج: تتأثر الثيمات الدينية للفصاميين بالتنشئة البيئية والثقافة وهما عاملان مهمان يؤثران على الثيمات الدينية في خطاب الفصامي.

Schizophrenia is the largest representative of psychotic disorders, which express the disturbance of the mental functioning of the individual. The prevalence (1٪) is almost the same in all societies. Dissociative delirium poses a challenge for psychiatrists and clinical practitioners. Few Arabic studies dealt with this discourse influenced by culture and upbringing, especially the religious content and its implications for diagnosis and treatment. Objective: This study attempts to explore religious themes and their significance in dissociative discourse Method: The number of participants reached four cases, their ages ranged from 26 years to 50 years. In our study, we adopted the case study approach, based on the interview as a tool, because it was not possible to apply auxiliary measures and tools. Results: The religious themes of the schizophrenic are influnced by environmental upbringing and culture, which are two important factors affecting the religious themes in the discourse of the schizophrenic.
