مساهمة الرقمنة في زيادة فعالية التسيير الجبائي في الشركات البترولية دراسة حالة لشركة"EXPRO GULF LTD"

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى توضيح مدى مساهمة الرقمنة في رفع فعالية التسيير الجبائي في شركة بترولية EXPRO GULF LTD، تما اتباع المنهج التحليلي في الجانب النظري من البحث بالاعتماد على مختلف المصادر من الكتب والبحوث والرسائل العلمية والدراسات السابقة وكذا الجريدة الرسمية. اما الجانب التطبيقي من الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي اعتمادا على دراسة الحالة في الشركة البترولية EXPRO GULF LTD ، فقد اعتمدنا على الوثائق الإدارية وأداة المقابلة ، وذلك لمعالجة معطيات الدراسة. حيث توصلنا من خلال اختبار الفرضيات والإجابة على الأسئلة الفرعية لخروج بنتائج الدراسة التي تمكن المكلف بالضريبة من تحقيق تسيير جبائي فعال تحت ظل رقمنة القطاع الجبائي.

This study aimed to clarify the extent of the contribution of digitization to raising the effectiveness of tax management in the petroleum company EXPRO GULF LTD. The analytical approach was followed in the theoretical side of the research, relying on various sources of books, research, scientific theses, previous studies, as well as the Official Gazette. The practical side of the study was Following the descriptive analytical approach, depending on the case study in the petroleum company EXPRO GULF LTD, we have relied on administrative documents and the interview tool, in order to process the data of the study. As we reached through testing the hypotheses and answering the sub-questions to come up with the results of the study that enables the taxpayer to achieve effective fiscal management under the digitization of the fiscal sector.
