اثر القيادة التحويلية على الاستغراق الوظيفي للعاملين دراسة ميدانية لعينة من الموظفين بمستشفى محمد بوضياف بورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي تعلبه القيادية التحويلية على الاستغراق الوظيفي للعاملين من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على مستوى مؤسسة الاستشفائية بمحمد بوضياف ورقلة وكذا معرفة اهمية القيادية التحويلية في الحياة المهنية للعمال ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي بالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأدة رئيسية ، حيث تم توزيع 150استبانة ورقية وتم استخدام برنامج SPSS لمعالجة الاحصائية وبعد تحليل النتائج توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين القيادية التحويلية والاستغراق الوظيفي داخل المؤسسة و يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية القيادية التحويلية على الاستغراق الوظيفي داخل المؤسسة .

This study aimed to understand the role played by transformational leadership in the absorption of workers through an applied study at the level of Mohamed Boudiaf and Ouargla hospitals, as well as the importance of transformative leadership in the professional life of workers. To achieve the study goals, we used a descriptive and analytical approach in theory and the case study approach in the practical aspect, based on the questionnaire as a main tool. We distributed 150 paper-based questionnaires, and the SPSS program was used to treat the statistics. After analyzing the results, the most important of which were the following :  There is a correlation between transformational leadership and career absorption within an organization;  There is a statistically significant transformative leadership effect on career absorption within the organization.
