أثر تطبيق نظام الامن والسلامة المهنيةOHSAS 18000 في تحسين أداء العاملين دراسة ميدانية الشركة الجزائرية لإنتاج البترول ENI /FCP وحدة حاسي مسعود

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز تأثير نظام الامن والسلامة المهنية على تحسين أداء العاملين بمؤسسة سوانطراك-حاسي مسعود-، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي للتعبير عن متغيرات الدراسة كميا ونظريا، والمنهج التحليلي لتحليل وتفسير نتائج الدراسة اقتصاديا، والمنهج التجريبي لملائمته ومنهجية IMRAD، كما تم تصميم استمارة استبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث طبقت على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 80 عامل، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS من خلال استخراج مجموعة من المؤشرات للإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة. تم التوصل الى أن متطلبات نظام الامن والسلامة المهنية متوفرة بمؤسسة سوناطراك بكل فروعها وطبيعة العمل الموجود بها، كما توصلت الدراسة أن نظام OHSAS 18000 يؤثر على أبعاد أداء العاملين بدرجات مختلفة.

The study aimed to highlight the impact of the occupational safety and security system on improving the performance of employees at the SONATRACH HASSI-MESSAOUD enterprise. To achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive method was adopted to express the study variables quantitatively and theoretically, the analytical method to analyze and interpret the study results economically, and the experimental method to its suitability and methodology IMRAD, A questionnaire form was also designed as the main data collection tool, where it was applied to a random sample of 80 workers, and the data was analyzed using the statistical packet software SPSS by extracting a set of indicators to answer the study problem. It is concluded that the requirements of the occupational safety and security system are available at Sonatrach in all its branches and the nature of work in it, the study found that a system OHSAS 18000 It affects the dimensions of employee performance to varying degrees.
