الممارسات الحسنة للتنمية المستدامة في المؤسسات الصناعية في الجزائر قطاع الصناعات الغذائية أنموذجا

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم الممارسات الحسنة للتنمية المستدامة التي تسعى المؤسسات الصناعية في الجزائر (مؤسسات الصناعات الغذائية) إلى انتهاجها، ومدى قدرتها على دمج الأبعاد الثلاث للتنمية المستدامة من بعد اقتصادي، اجتماعي وبيئي، كل هذا مع مراعاة متطلبات وتطلعات أصحاب المصالح في المؤسسة. وقد حاولنا في هذه الدراسة أن نضع إطارا كميا للمتغيرات الكيفية، من خلال اتباع منهجية وأدوات إحصائية نمذجة المعادلات البنائية باستخدام طريقة المربعات الصغرى (smartPLS) تساعدنا في اختبار الفرضيات التي وضعت سلفا. حيث استطعنا بناء نموذج بنيوي أوصلنا إلى أن المؤسسات المدروسة لازالت بعيدة عن انتهاج أفضل وأحسن ممارسات للتنمية المستدامة، خاصة ما تعلق بالممارسات ذات البعد الاجتماعي أو الممارسات ذات البعد البيئي. عكس الممارسات ذات البعد الاقتصادي، التي بذلت فيها هذه المؤسسات جهودا كبيرة، مما يدل على أن تعظيم الأرباح مازال الهدف الأول للمؤسسة الصناعية في الجزائر، وغياب أية إستراتيجية لإحلال مبادئ التنمية المستدامة ضمن العمليات الإنتاجية لهذه المؤسسات.

This study aims to highlight the most important good practices for sustainable development that industrial institutions in Algeria (food industries) seek to adopt, and their ability to integrate the three dimensions of sustainable development from an economic, social and environmental dimension, all of this taking into account the requirements and aspirations of stakeholders in the institution. In this study, we have tried to put a quantitative framework for the qualitative variables, by following the methodology and statistical tools of structural equations modeling using the method of least squares (smartPLS) that helps us test the hypotheses that were previously developed. Where we were able to build a structural model, which led us to the fact that the studied institutions are still far from adopting the best practices for sustainable development, especially with regard to practices with a social dimension or practices with an environmental dimension. Reflecting practices with an economic dimension, in which these institutions made great efforts, which indicates that maximizing profits is still the first goal of the industrial enterprise in Algeria, and the absence of any strategy to replace the principles of sustainable development within the production processes of these institutions.
