Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التدريب الإلكتروني في تنمية الموارد البشرية، إذ حاولنا من خلالها التعرف على أساليب التدريب الإلكتروني بالإضافة إلى التعريف على أهمية تنمية الموارد البشرية والتعرف أيضا على كيف أن التدريب الإلكتروني يساهم في تنمية الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر كل هذا من خلال إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراستنا هذه. وقد قمنا بتحليل إستمارة إستبيان التي تم توزيع 57 إستمارة على مجموعة من موظفي المؤسسة والتي توصلنا من خلالها إلى أن المؤسسة تولي إهتمام بتدريب وتطوير مهارات موظفيها والتدريب الإلكتروني هو أحد ادواتها في ذلك
