Abstract: This study aims to try to build a sustainable balanced scorecard model to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the Algerian economic enterprise. The analytical descriptive approach was used to address the problem of the study by conducting a field study in the Saidal Complex and applying the model during the two years: 2019-2020. The study concluded that the Directorate has all the capabilities to apply the model due to the nature of its activity that affects the environment and society and its interest in reducing these effects
