Abstract: the purpose of the study to the determine the extent to which strategic vigilance contributes to improving the strategic performance of condor electronic from the balanced scorecard perspective in order to achieve this objective it seemed appropriate to adopt a descriptive approach, we have prepared a questionnaire distributed over 60 staff we processed using the statistical program spss, after testing the hypotheses the study reached a set of results the most importante of which are : that the independent variable were able to explain٪38.1 of the changes in the dependent variable and the rest is attributable to other factors this indicates the presence of a statistically significant effect at the level of significance 0.05 for strategic vigilance on the strategic performance of the organization, this effect appears only in the dimension of technological vigilance
