Abstract

يناقش المقال موضوع المنهج في العلوم الاجتماعية والسياسية، لكن ذلك سيتم بطريقة مغايرة لما هو متداول في الغالب، حيث انطلق من افتراض مفاده أن المنهج العلمي، ورغم أهميته كمعيار لعلمية المعرفة وطبيعة البحث، ومصداقية النتائج، إلا أن دراسته لا تزال شكلية. هنا تأتي فكرة هذا المقال للبحث في مسألة طبيعة المنهج العلمي بين الأحادية والتعددية، باعتبارها متغيرا تفسيريا مهما لفهم إشكالات منهجية فرعية أخرى سابقة عليها ولاحقة لها في الوقت ذاته. من أجل ذلك، استرشد المقال بمقاربة تأصيلية تحليلية مفهومية، مستمدة من مقولات حقل الإبستيمولوجيا في نقد المعرفة العلمية ومناهجها، وقد تم التوصل إلى نتائج مهمة، أولها، الممساهمة في خلق تصوّر موضوعي لدلالة المنهج كما تواضع عليها فلاسفة العلم منذ لحظة ولادته. كما توصل المقال إلى تفكيك إشكالية مدى انقياد العلوم الاجتماعية للمنهج العلمي، حيث اهتدى إلى توليفة تجمع بين أحادية المنهج العلمي والتعددية السائدة شكلا، مُرجعا سبب ما قد يبدوا من تناقض في تلك الثنائية، إلى الخلط الحاصل بين مفهومي المنهج والبحث العلمي. لينتهي إلى أن التعدد الحاصل ما هو إلا تعدّد في أساليب البحث العلمي كاستجابة لتعدد أدوات ووسائل جمع البيانات وفحص الاقتراحات والفرضيات، وليس تعددا في المنهج العلمي الذي يبقى أحادي في كل العلوم. Abstract: This article discusses the issue of method in the social and political sciences, but with a different approach. it starts from the assumption that the scientific method studies are still formal. Here the article comes to investigate the issue of the nature of the scientific method between unilateralism and pluralism, as it is an important explanatory variable for understanding other sub-methodological problems. Guided by an analytical and conceptual approach, the article reached essential results, contributing to creating an objective perception of the meaning of method. the article also deconstructs the problem of the extent to which social sciences are subjected to the scientific method. Refusing the apparent contradiction in that duality of monism and pluralism, which is resulted from the confusion between the concepts of method and scientific research. Arriving to a conclusion that the plurality is found in research approaches and tools, not in scientific method which remains one and absolute.
