Abstract

Algeria, like other states, has taken care of the protection and integration of individuals with disabilities through their own rehabilitation programs, because their participation in any development program in society can only be achieved by providing them with the opportunity and possibilities to overcome their obstacles and to invest their possibilities and capabilities available to them. The implementation of the rehabilitation strategy for individuals with disabilities requires, in principal, appropriate vocational rehabilitation, wich in turn requires vocational training and guidance of professionals, and finally, the provision of decent work for them. The importance of research appears through the attention of legislator to the category of individuals with disabilities , and the need to integrate them into society in order to achieve the principle of equality.
