Abstract

يعتبر رجال الضبط الجنائي هم الأهم في القطاعات الأمنية من حيث تأثر الدعوى بهم وبكيفية اسلوبهم في تسيير الإجراءات وذلك كونهم هم اول من يباشر مسرح الجريمة وتعتبر المحاضر والتقارير التي يعدونها هي الاساسات التي تبنى عليها الدعوى ولذلك يعتبر عملهم من أهم الاعمال التي يجب ان نكرس الكثير من الجهد والدراسة للوصول الي اعلى مستوي في هذا المجال لما يترتب عليه من اثار خطيرة على أطراف الدعوى وذلك لزوال مسرح الجريمة وضياع الأدلة إذا لم يتم مباشرتها على الوجه المطلوب وفي الوقت المناسب، وكذلك اثناء السير في إجراءات الدعوى وما يتبعونه من أصول التحقيق الجنائي وما يستندون علية من أنظمة تخول لهم السلطة في اصدار القرارات والتي منحت لهم لتسهيل تحقيق العدالة ولإنهاء ما يتطلبه الامر من إجراءات ليتم تقديم ملف القضية بالشكل المطلوب ويتم استكمال بقية إجراءات التحقيق واحالتها للقضاء وحتى الانتهاء من العقوبة Criminal investigation officers are considered the most important in the security sectors in terms of the case being affected by them and the manner in which they conduct the procedures, because they are the first to approach the crime scene.
